Blood Work suggested by Endocrinologist

I saw Endocrinologist yesterday to identify any potential autoimmune condition like Hashimoto's, etc. I have been feeling exhausted (extreme fatigue), have gained weight, experienced hair shedding (loss of density), etc. He suggested more comprehensive blood work and not just Thyroid related.

Following is what he ordered

• Thyroid Peroxidase Antibody

• TSH

• CMP

• CBC, platelet & differential

• Lipid Panel

• vitamin B12

• iron TIBC and ferritin panel

• thyroid stimulating immuno-lats

• thyrotropin binding inhibitory immunoglobulin

• Lipoprotein(a) Cholesterol

• PSA, diagnostic

Is the above sufficient for the diagnosis of any potential autoimmune condition? What role Multinodular Goiter play in this? What are the causes of this expanding thyroid gland and best possible ways to address it? Thanks
