Savanah Moss & Tongal are partnered to make this "Jeff The Killer Movie" Yet it feels like they're out sourcing every ounce of detail upon the fans and will financially rewarded them. Why are they making a movie about someone they don't know though? Opening stating it too... Oh yea theirs a whole AI angle to all of this too. Video is up on my Youtube, not trying to promote myself perse but no-one else has went over all these details and I'm very shocked..
