We made an offer on a house that has been on the market for 60 days. Their agent came back today saying they have a different offer they are about to sign, but if we offer asking price, they’ll consider it. I could’ve sworn I saw a comment months ago about a form or something my real estate agent could fill out to find out their agent actually does have another offer. Advice?

I don’t know the financial situation of Justin nor Wayfarer. If he loses on 47.1, would it be appropriate to have a go fund me? Would you participate? I personally would give something. I would hate to see his career not be able to continue due to finances.

PS: I’m not planning anything, it should be someone well known and trusted that has been following this case closely.
