Ausom customer support is NOT awesome.

I am a mechanic based in Montreal Canada, and for the last several days now (pushing onto 3 business days now) I have been trying to get information on a part that is needed to get my customers scooter fixed. They do not answer the “live chat” on their website. How do people go about getting into contact with their team?

I am simply just trying to figure out how much a new neck would cost for an Ausom DT2 Pro as it is not listed on their website.

Any help on this would be appreciated.

Phantom V3 stem bolt snap.

Well folks, it finally happened, after 4529.99 KM’s on my Phantom V3, the stem bolt has finally snapped. I’m honestly incredibly lucky to have had the bolt last as long as I have, but now I am also super upset as I have been making sure to tighten the bolt every 500 KM’s as per Apollo’s suggestion. I’m now unsure how to fix my scooter since Apollo no longer sells or provides the direction column that needs to be replaced since the bolt is snapped inside of it. I am going to attempt to extract it, but I am not confident in doing that as I have never had success extracting screws that are much smaller than this bolt. Hopefully Apollo can provide some help with this.
