Ausom customer support is NOT awesome.
I am a mechanic based in Montreal Canada, and for the last several days now (pushing onto 3 business days now) I have been trying to get information on a part that is needed to get my customers scooter fixed. They do not answer the “live chat” on their website. How do people go about getting into contact with their team?
I am simply just trying to figure out how much a new neck would cost for an Ausom DT2 Pro as it is not listed on their website.
Any help on this would be appreciated.
