Old palace converted to luxury hotel and casino at the beach

Behind the palace is convention center and on the hill the hand egg-stadium. Also at the beach are two towers from the fortress era and huge ferris wheel.

I bet I can squeeze atleast 100k more people on those farmlands

Current population is 300k and commerical demand is skyrocketing. Most of the towers so far are residentals, but few commercial skycrapers can be seen and only ploppable bats are the diagonals on those islands and peninsulas (well of course schools, railwaystations etc.)

Always wondered, why lights doesn't appear at night on all buildings. Sometimes they're lit, sometimes they're not.

Could Niles's loathing of Frasier's show to stem from this?

When Roz forwards the people, who have really big problems, forwards to doctors, does she ever give them to Niles? I think not, and thats Niles makes snarky comments of Frasier's career, but then is always willing to fill him on the show, to make more clients.
