Keep losing weight or im done?
So I had my medical check up exactly 8 weeks ago and the doctor told me that now im 40y I should take care more of my body.
I am 177cm (5.8” foot) and was 80.2kg (177lb) so I started extreme cardio work outs like 5 times a week for 90 minutes everyday at the stationary bike to the point the gym employees starting to put towels to collect my sweat under the bike, combining with 45 minutes of weight lifting… after those session scalding saunas for 30 minutes with ice cold baths. Also increase my walking up to 9-10k steps a day and climbing stairs to the point of 20 floors a day in average.
I also had 3-4 McDonalds meals every week (after the gym-sauna session), pizzas, beer, pancakes…. But combining with 16hours fasting every day.
Now today after exactly 8 weeks I am 72.2kg (159lb) and according to the inBody machine lost 7kg of fat mass and 1kg of lean mass.
Now that reached my weight goal and 8kg - 8weeks, if I continue my extreme daily activity will keep losing weight? Shall I reduce my cardio work outs? Stop the fasting?
