My family grows Khapli (emmer) wheat, chickpeas, green gram (moong) and pigeon peas (toor dal) on our farm for our own use.
We’ve been growing them without chemical inputs for the past 3 years and now have some surplus. I’m exploring selling small batches, including freshly milled flour.
