Here's a look at my setup; I designed the dock icons myself.

I set up my Projectivy Launcher and wanted to show you how it turned out.

I don’t know if any of the developers will see this, but it would be great to be able to set backgrounds—whether static or animated—for cards. Basically, the dock card would have a background, and when you move to the card where the apps are, it would switch to another background of your choice. Think about it—it would be awesome and let us give our launcher a more personalized look. Hopefully, they’ll add something like this someday.

If you want, I can share the PNG files for the dock icons. I only designed the 6 dock icons, including the YouTube one. It would have been a lot of work to make all the icons minimalist like these, especially since we’re constantly deleting and adding new apps. I hope you like them and that they serve as inspiration to some of you.

Here are some screenshots of my customization.

I designed the dock icons using a simple Photoshop template and the original logos to make them as minimalist as possible; I really liked the final result.

I hope that when it comes out of beta, the “continue watching” mode will be a little nicer. I had to remove the text because it’s too long and ruins the look—it would be great if, for example, the episode number, season, and remaining time were right on the icon instead of outside it.

I’m also posting this to show you that I’m having a bit of trouble choosing the background—or rather, the background for the app icons is a headache. It won’t let me choose which file manager to use for searching. I have an Onn 4K Plus with Android 14 and Google TV; it seems that in the latest updates, something is broken—it only lets me use it with the mouse or touchscreen, and the mouse is also somewhat broken in this version of Android on my Onn 4K Plus. I had to select the icons “blindly,” guessing where they were. This took me quite a while, but I was able to finish.
