Video Wallpaper file size

Not sure if anyone else has this issue, but I’ve yet to find a video wallpaper file (mp4) > 20 MB that will not be choppy/glitchy once I select it and load it in the launcher settings. Are there settings I’m not toggling correctly that’s making this happen?

Lifetime Premium License

The website says: "No Google Play ? You can also purchase a lifetime Premium license for Projectivy Launcher (working on up to 5 devices)."

Does this mean you could install on 5 different devices that have different Google Play accounts? I use different accounts on different TVs on my house to help control children's permissions.

What am I doing wrong?

I added projectivity to my Onn device I had 1pixMedia and instaTV and nothing worked ! What am I doing wrong because Projectivity won’t let me add any apps when I press add app on this screen

GoogleTV Streamer - screensaver

Just got the streamer last week and stumbled across launchers last night.

What I like about the stock launcher is the screensaver(Ambient?) using my photos via Google Photos.

But when I'm on the Projectivy launcher, the screensaver doesn't come on. Even though I've enabled the "Screensaver(if available)" option. I've gone through the various settings but can't find anywhere to configure the screensaver.

Is it possible to configure a screensaver with projectivy?

Update on the Namillis - Forked Bare Launcher: Dev added a new Bluetooth & Network pill in v2.7.0! (Tested on Android 14 TV)

Hey everyone!

Following up on my previous post about this awesome forked bare launcher, the developer just pushed a new update (v2.7.0 / Build 54) with some highly requested UI changes!

Here is what’s new in this version:

• 📶 Network Pill: Now uses Material Symbols. It updates dynamically for wifi, wifi_off, and settings_ethernet (Ethernet takes priority).

• 🔹 Bluetooth Pill: A brand new pill added to the left of the Wi-Fi icon. It checks for FEATURE_BLUETOOTH and shows states like connected, disabled, etc. It also updates live via an ACL + adapter-state receiver.

• 🎮 D-pad Navigation: Updated navigation chain to [bt] [wifi] [gear] when Bluetooth is active.

• 📦 Optimization: Vector drawables are super lightweight (~1 KB each).

I tested this on my Skyworth / Nobleskiodo Android 14 TV, and clicking the Bluetooth pill triggers the fallback chain (opens main Settings instead of Remotes & Accessories).

If you are using this launcher and find any bugs or platform-specific issues on your Android TV version, please report them directly to the developer's GitHub repository so they can fix it in the next build! I have already submitted the details and a technical fix (CONNECT_INPUT intent) for Android 14 TV.
