I recently notice that whenever I get a street pass that I no longer get a green notification on my animal crossing game. Every other game still shows the green dot when I get a street pass but animal crossing won’t.

The game is up to date
Street and spot pass are active
I’m using pretendo servers

Hopping someone can help me

I really wanna play animal crossing new leaf online again on the islands

Can someone “dumb down” how I can make this happen please
