Hello all! I recently modded my 3DS and got Pretendo set up. My question is about the games that are still played. From what I've seen on this sub, Mario Kart and Monster Hunter 4 are the big ones. Are people still battling in Pokémon? And if so, is it worth trying? I missed out on the 3DS games and would love to try battling in them. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Hi! I know this is probably a stupid question, but I never had a 3DS, and I've loved it, but I never had the chance to play any of the games on one. I've been emulating them on my phone (and maybe an AYN Thor in the future), but I still want to have the StreetPass and internet stuff, which is when I figured out you can use Pretendo to make that work, but only if you have a 3DS with an IP address. All of that to say, is there a way to make it work without me ever owning a 3DS?
