Account creation: "password may not have 3 repeating characters", even though it doesn't.

What do I do?? I've tried at least 10 different passwords and none seem to be satisfactory -_-

Had a bloody application and now the readings are way off.

Hi, I'm very new to the diabetes stuff so I'm sorry for maybe stupid questions.

After applying the sensor today, a little bit of blood came out of the sensor hole but stopped really fast and it doesn't hurt either.

But now the readings are way off. The app currently shows 58 mg/dl but the blood prick showed 133.

Should I wait until tomorrow to see if it corrects itself or immediately put on a new one?

Can't login into Abbott account to order new sensors. Either shows validation error or that email/password don't match. Forgot password doesn't send me an email.

Hi,

I was freshly diagnosed with type 1. I'm from Germany and need to order new sensors but can't login. What can I do?

'Forgot your password' doesn't work because I don't receive the email to change the PW.

I understand I can change my PW in the app but I still can't log in.

Do I need to call them to fix this? Will an email do?

Hope you can help me out. Thanks.
