I feel like Cap's teamup should be changed
Without Cap, the teamup doesn't feel very fun and just forces you to have a Cap on your team to stay competitive with the MK one.
Here's what I suggest:
Base Effect:For every set amount of damage taken, Blade builds a stack of Bloodline Awakening →
For every set amount of damage taken, Blade builds a stack of Bloodline Awakening while raising the overall stack cap.
Enhanced Effect:When teaming up with Captain America, taking critical damage instantly triggers the Bloodline Awakening state, gaining bonus stacks while raising the overall stack cap →
When teaming up with Captain America, landing or taking critical damage instantly triggers the Bloodline Awakening state.
Basically, with these changes, he'd be able to reach 12 stacks without Cap. With Cap, he'd be able to instantly gain those stacks by receiving critical damage like before, but also by dealing critical damage, rewarding the gun gameplay.

This is a huge buff for 100+ ping brothers
it's not just a question of "if you're good, this change won't affect you much." that may be true if you're playing on 20 ms, but trying to parry with a 0.4s window on 100+ ping is diabolical
