im applying for my masters in germany from india and wanted to know if there are services where a human takes a look at the sops and points out whats wrong, what can be improved/changed etc.
most of the services online seem to use some sort of ai for reviewing SOPs

I built this JBOD using acrylic for some 2.5-inch SATA and SAS drives I had lying around. However, I am unable to power even four of them at the same time without using a second PSU, which makes the setup too complicated. I have seen some YouTube videos where people use a small, industrial SMPS slab, but I haven't found any tutorials or other guides online.
Since I am still new to this, I want to avoid frying my disks or having them fail due to low power. I would like to know what ways there are to power a large batch of drives, especially since I also have 3.5-inch drives for another similar JBOD that will require even more power.

Couldnt get all the required documents in time for winter intake and since barely any universities are open atp for degree , wanted to apply for summer instead but while searching online and asking few friends in germany they say that winter is the best intake and you should'nt try for summer cause of less unis opening their portals. but not applying for summer will increase my year gap
Wanted to know opinion from those who went in summer intake regarding this

I tried one of those free session with LeapScholar, but they seemed shady to me. They avoided questions regarding the cost of consulting even though their site says its "free", and tried to push me to start with them asap.
was looking for recommendations for low-cost or free consultancies that actually provide value. Someone suggested IDP, so will be trying them out
