Need some insights for moving from SBC to client GCC
Hey Everyone
For background I am a software engineer working in a non WITCH SBC company since last 3 years(same client) the client recently inaugurated its GCC here in india, I am currently from past month working from GCC office and on the way to move to client’s payroll in near future, what I wanted to understand from someone who went through similar process what was the challenges and more importantly what was the salary hike, I again want to mention my SBC is not at all one of the WITCH infact a small one. The client is in finance/banking domain.
