I have a few skeins of yarn with no label. What is the best way to figure out the type of fiber and weight of the yarn?

I attempted to transfer my service from AT&T to T-Mobile a few months ago. After starting the process, I was informed by T-Mobile that my phone numbers could not be transferred and that I would need to accept new numbers. Since that was not acceptable, I did not move forward with the service.

To my surprise, T-Mobile charged my credit card $250ish the following month. For several months, I have been trying to get this resolved and obtain a refund. Instead of receiving help, I have been sent on a frustrating runaround—being told to go to the store, then being told to call customer service, only to be sent back to the store again.

The lack of communication, accountability, and customer service has been extremely disappointing. Charging a customer for service they never received and then refusing to properly resolve the issue is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend T-Mobile
