Hey Guys, so from past few years I am a regular PlayStation gamer but if anyone looks into my gaming genre which I play that will mostly consist of games like GTA V, RDR 2, Days Gone, TLOU Part 1, Spiderman Series, FIFA, Cricket, Astro Playroom, Detroit and so on. But when it comes to Souls Like Games I barely know anything about them. So few days back I a friend of mine asked me bro you’ve PS5 why don’t you play soul games like Sekiro, BlackMyth Wukong, Stellar Blade and blah blah so could you guys help me out with Souls like games to begin my journey with as I have heard that the above mentioned Souls like games are quite hard for beginners.

I submitted my PlayStation 5 to Sony Service Center on 22nd May and got it repaired on 29th May and it lasted for 15 minutes and re submitted it for replacement on 30 May and its been almost 15-16 days and when I contacted them on 8 June they said they have mailed sony for replacement so I might get it in June end or somewhere in July.

Guys how much time it took for you all to get your replacement unit if you had some issues. btw i live in delhi.

Need help people who got a replacement PS5 Slim due to any issue like frequent crashes or temperature alert messages or any manufacturing defects, was the replacement unit was a brand new, or a factory refurbished and what is the scene for the warranty on that particular replacement unit ?

My PS5 slim console was causing issues and the service center checked and have mailed sony for a replacement unit and informed me today about it and they mentioned I should expect a replacement unit by mid of July 2026.

As my PlayStation 5 is getting replaced by Sony, I was getting bored and came across XBOX Pass system so could anyone guide me which pass should I go for to play games on my PC. I searched about PC only Pass and it costs ₹879 per month, but I was wondering if I buy the Premium Pass which is cheaper at 699/ month and will it work on my PC or is it console only?

Following up on my post last week about my PS5 repair, on Thursday, the service center called and said it was fixed and ready for pickup, so I went yesterday to grab it. When I asked what caused the overheating error, they told me it was just some dust and a "liquid metal" issue, but assured me everything was fine now. I brought it home and set it up horizontally in a completely open space- 60-80m to ensure maximum airflow. I fired up Ghost of Tsushima, but within 10 to 12 minutes, the dreaded temperature alert popped up again. Thinking it might just be that specific game, I let the console cool down for half an hour and tried FC 26. Same thing happened in 10 minutes. I gave it one last shot with Astro’s Playroom and it overheated again within 20 minutes. Luckily, I recorded video proof on my phone every single time. I contacted Sony support via chat, and they told me to head back to the service center today. When I got there and explained that the "repair" failed, they told me their technician would inspect it again. If the problem persists, they will issue a replacement unit—but it could take anywhere from 10 days to a whole month.
I've already made three trips to this service center, which is quite far from my house. Just wanted to share my experience and frustration with you guys.

So few days back I posted on Reddit that my PlayStation 5 is showing Temperature alert message - “PS 5 is too hot. Turn off your PS5 and wait until the temperature goes down.” This afternoon I noticed that this warning message only pops up when I load SpiderMan 2 and start playing the fan speed goes up and PS starts to heat but I tried with The Crew Motorfest, Ghost of Tshishima but in these games there was no loud fan noise or heating issue. What do you all think is the problem ? I have only completed Spiderman 2 game 27% how should I proceed from here. The Console is still under warranty and Sony Service center asked to do some troubleshooting and after that also this is happening.

Hey guys, I bought my PS5 in December last year and since then I have not opened and cleaned it but today while playing SM2, I got a temperature alert message and then I switched off then console and let it rest and then left it for 2-3 hours and now I have my AC on and again tried to open and play the game and after 10-12 mins it again showed the same temperature alert. I am not confident how should I clean this console should I use a blower or is there any home service which cleans the console thoroughly. Please suggest as I think it has accumulated dust.
