It's cute that she could use her raw will and tendency to throw herself at brick walls until they break to work with trying to mend things with Kitten. It had to be brutal to say he hated you the entire way through and never having him try to correct it or downplay it, but having the raw will to expose herself like that and be so vulnerable ultimately let them start to move on. She really had to break down all of her walls she built up to protect herself to finally give her a chance to understand what Kitten felt and to start acknowledging his experience and where she went wrong. It was so raw that Kitten even poked fun at her being so emotional in the moment and willing to reconnect that she seemed like she wanted to be a thing with him again. She went from her own worst enemy in her interpersonal relationships to someone willing and able to atone for her past mistakes, and I can only hope we get an episode of her, Kitten, and Marckus all getting a chance to hang out again.

Grimal also being pretty tough and having head-table-smashing related memory loss from as far back as dating Kitten makes me think she isn't The Ghoul, she's just always been Built Like That. It's not impossible she is some other kind of supernatural, but to me it just seems like the story is lending her to just being very tough despite her size and appearance due to a hard upbringing and tendency to seek conflict to prove herself.
