Long shot: Did British Airways lose your bag in London, Spain, or Denver? It may have been incorrectly delivered to us twice

Hey all! I just finished traveling with my partner in Spain and British Airways has lost our luggage for over 10 days. They’ve now delivered the same incorrect bag to us twice: once in Valencia, and once in Denver. All of this in spite of having detailed contents of our luggage listed in their lost baggage portal. We’re in the process of returning the bag to the courier again. Since we’ve had such a horrible time getting effective assistance from British Airways in locating our bags, we wanted to post a photo of the bag in case its owner is having similar issues (or maybe even has our bag). If you think this bag is yours, DM me some of the contents and your name and I’ll confirm if they’re correct or not.

To the British Airways social media folks, if you can provide us any assistance in this matter I would greatly appreciate it.

Edit for more context: As of 11:00 MT we have not been contacted by the owner. We have reason to believe they may be located in Denver, and luckily the post is gaining a lot of traction in r/Denver. The bag was incorrectly tagged with my partner’s name by British while the actual owner’s tag/name was still attached to the bag. We spoke with the courier and called baggage support to correct this error the first time it was incorrectly sent to us, and they apparently did not correct it since it was sent to us again :(
