DUI Interlock Violation VA

In September of 2025 I got a DUI. I went to court and they gave me a year with the interlock as well as ASAP. I did still drink after that but made sure it was only on the weekends or when I didn’t have to work. I ended up triggering my interlock about 4 or 5 times with a violation and went to court to prove I wasn’t drinking and we found out eventually my inhaler was setting it off at exactly .02. They threw the violations out and told me to be cautious. For 7 months I had no violations, I was using my inhaler way before getting in my car. Well about 4 weeks ago, I did get in my car after hitting the inhaler because I had a panic attack which triggered my asthma. It went off with a VIOL and I literally freaked out! It did the 5 minute count down and I hit it again and it passed me. No lockout, no mandatory 5 day calibration, nothing. I immediately emailed my case manager and told her the situation with my inhaler and that I passed the retest. This was one of the many case managers that were passed around to me. She replied

“If you were able to clear it on the retest it will not inform me of a violation. I will look for it in August but it was cleared, you should be good.
Thank you for letting me know.”

Fast forward 4 weeks later, got my calibration, and I get an email 2 days later with a violation notice of blowing a .02 and how they are alerting the court and they extended my interlock UNTIL SEPT 2027!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Is there anyone that can let me know what I should do now? Or have any advice at all?

Winning!!!!

I’ve been gambling on various apps on and off for the past year or so and decided to finally put some money in this one to see what would happen. I joined about five months ago, but would put only about $10 in here and there. Yesterday I redeemed $250, today I got all of the presents so another $250, and then I just hit this on a $.20 spin… I’ve only put about $60 in this game since I’ve downloaded it. I LOVE IT!!

Why am I struggling so hard with this?

Since Oliver Tree’s passing, I go to work, I come home and cry. I’ve been an absolute mess!! As if I knew him personally!! His passing has hit me so hard and I’ve never felt this way about a celebrity. Just the talent that he had. I’ve been endlessly looking up details about the crash as if it’s going to help anything. I even looked up the kind of helicopter they were in as if it’s going to better help me understand or answer questions I have.

He was so charismatic, funny and full of so much life! In a way he was just so adorable. Almost like a big brother vibe and maybe that’s why I feel so devastated. Picking on everybody but then joking about it, but also has to stand his ground and pretend like he’s serious, even though we all know he’s not.

I found out about him on the H3 podcast years ago and ever since then I’ve been a fan. I got to see him back in 2022 on his cowboy tears tour, which was a huge, unexpected birthday surprise.

Something inside me will not accept his death.

Has anybody else been feeling like this? If so, have you realized what may be the cause of feeling this way? I’d love to hear your input.

Corrupt cops had it coming

I looked up the Google reviews for the American folk police in Utah, and this is a few of the many many many reviews that they had in regard to being corrupt. There’s multiple claims of sexual assault as well and redactions of video evidence.
