Playing as a wizard and genuinely hitting a brick wall difficulty wise around greater rift 45-47 and can comfortably play around torment 8-9. Problem is I’m not sure what else I can do to buff my character because gear drops are genuinely not helping anymore. I played this wayyyyyy back when it came out and wanted to pick it back up but rifts, bounties and boss farming as well as key wardens don’t really seem to net anything helpful. Currently working on more higher level gems in gear but just feeling stuck. Help?

I’m experiencing some pain about my lower back/tailbone area, can anyone suggest a decently firm yet somewhat discreet product to give me some relief? Nothing I’ve bought helps much.
