Hi everyone,

I submitted an iOS app that includes a non-consumable IAP to unlock premium features, and I’m running into a confusing App Review issue.

On my side, when I test with my sandbox account after deleting and reinstalling the app, the premium features start locked as expected. When I tap the premium-related buttons, the IAP purchase flow appears correctly.

However, App Review rejected the app because they said they could not locate the IAP. According to their screenshot, the app shows Premium Active immediately after launch.

The app automatically checks/restores previous purchases on startup.

In this case, is it possible that the App Review sandbox account or test device already has a previous purchase history for this non-consumable IAP, causing the app to appear unlocked from the start?

Or should I first suspect an issue in my app, such as automatic restore logic, local purchase state, receipt handling, or cached purchase status?

If anyone has experienced something similar with non-consumable IAP review, I’d really appreciate your advice.

Hi everyone,

I’m setting up App Store Connect for my first iOS app, and my tax information has been pending review for about 10 days.

I’m outside the US and uploaded the requested business registration document. I already contacted Apple support, but I haven’t received a clear response yet.

For developers who have completed App Store Connect tax setup, how long did the review usually take? Did you just wait, or was there another way to get the issue reviewed?
