How do I get my autistic brother to shower?

I know this seems like something my parents should be taking care of, but they won't try hard enough and there is literal dirt going up his arms. To make matters worse he recently went through puberty, making his hair greasier and him more sweaty. I don't think it's a sensory issue, considering the fact that he can stay in for about 30 minutes without a single complaint and can wash himself once he gets in. However, when I ask him why he refuses he just says, "I don't know."

How do you safely lower your A1C

I have multiple mental health problems that have made it hard for me to take care of myself, which caused my A1C to go up to 11. I am now on medication and getting better but whenever I try to get the number down I just get acid reflux or my numbers continue to fluctuate wildly.
