Not 100% on these to be honest, thought the look without the skirts was more streamlined. But the rock chips were an issue and just got the car ceramic coated so figured it was time to protect it. $100 from AMZN and matched the black of other trim – pretty good deal!
Keep them or take them off? What else should I do to the car while I’m at it?
Recently snapped up this M7 Z06 in Laguna Blue – car is fantastic and the power differential vs. my M7 Stingray is surprisingly noticeable, even on the street.
The wide, sticky tires kick up a ton of rocks where I live in Northern Virginia. The rear brake ducts are getting rock chips – even after I got some wider fender extensions behind the front wheels. Think I may need some side skirts to keep those rocks away from the paint – any suggestions for ones that can be installed using just factory holes and no drilling?
Also, anyone know what wheels are on this car? Heard the stock ones are prone to cracking so was looking to replace but these may already be aftermarket?
