This movie's images have stuck with me since I saw it as a kid in the mid 90s. I have googled the details of this movie for years and cannot find it. The killer can take off the head of his victim and wear it to kill others. He has a different head on throughout the movie. At one point he's wearing the head of a dog, I think it's a German Shepherd. The final scene is an ambulance driving with the killer's body in the back, and then you see him come to the front and grab the driver and his passenger, giving the assumption that he's not actually dead. These are the only parts I remember but they are vivid.

I just joined reddit and every time I engage in a post, I get an email saying I'm banned for being a bot. And it's a bot doing the banning! I'm so confused. I keep appealing to the moderator that I'm not a bot or spam, I'm just a new user. I don't understand. The last banning was in LOTR asking us our favorite character name. I simply posted that it's Elanor and why.
