Hi! I want to get started in making hats! Specifically want to make a top hat, but thought starting with just flat wide brim would be a good starting point?

I'm coming out of the lost mines of phandelver and am working on expanding on some homegrown plot lines and am working on creating a list of NPCs I can pull from for most anything (shop keeps, merchants, travelers, villains, other adventurers, ect). Instead of coming up with a bunch generic random ones, i was hoping to to use some of the amazing characters from this community! If you have an oc or npc you really like that you dont mind me using as an npc please leave a description the character (quirks, class, name)! If you have a photo for reference thats a bonus but not required! Backgrounds can be as detailed or brief as you want!
