I just got dehara city and got one of the gen iv Pokemon and it turned out to be shiny on first roll. Is it a guaranteed shiny. When I got the gen V on it wasn’t shiny so I’m kinda confused.Also last night I got a shiny Zygarde 10% is that also lucky or guaranteed. I don’t have any cheats enabled either
I’m wondering if I should bulk up to 240 for football but i don’t want to gain a bunch of fat. On the other side I could cut down to 200 for better aesthetics. Or should I just stay at 220.

I’m a class of 29 center at Jennings county high school and I started all 10 of our games last being 5’7 1/2 183. I wouldn’t say I was getting bullied on the field but I had to cut block a lot. Now I’m 5’9 210 and I was wondering if I should stay at this weight or go up.
