Hi all! I was lucky enough to stumble upon the Santa Monica Farmer’s Market on Saturday and got a 2lb bag of Lima beans at my daughter’s request. I haven’t had Lima beans in probably 40 years. What do I do with them?
I was recently introduced to chamoy pickles and I was hooked; I had like half a jar at a crawfish boil. So, when I saw that HEB was selling a pickle chamoy ice cream, I was so stoked. I wanted to grab a pint but they only had half gallons do I gambled; I very much did NOT enjoy this pickle confection. It was tart and sweet and artificially dilly? I spat out my first bite and will give the rest to my other pickle obsessed friend.
I saw this yesterday and don’t really want a traditional blender as I use my food processor for everything. However, I make smoothies every morning and I’m afraid I’m burning out my immersion blender. If you have it, what are your thoughts? Recommend or no?
