"How dare you use acrylic‽" meanwhile you buy silk from hobby lobby

People looooove to get mad at you for using acrylic, and love to think that makes them morally superior, but then they don't even know why acrylic is 'bad' ??? Woo hoo you can afford to buy expensive fibers, good for you! Most of us can't. But that's not even my issue. Why, on earth, aren't you buying actually good yarn, if you're so superior to us? All you can manage to scrounge up is aggressively sourced silk from the worst store you can find? Seriously?

Beautiful flowers inbetween tiles

I was walking to the grocery store today and noticed a couple flowers growing in between the tiles in the alley behind my house. They were very pretty, and there were a couple bees around. Very nice 🙂‍↕️

I'm sick and tired of reading a fic and realizing it's ai halfway through. I don't want to ban ai fics on ao3 cuz it goes against the whole point but making it an archive warning would at least help me filter it out

I'm not at all happy with my tension, and I think I should've chosen an easier pattern but whatever. This technique was surprisingly easy, and I'm overall pretty happy with this, seeing as this is my first attempt the bad tension was expected.
