Hello! I’ve been a dramonie only reader for the past 5 years until recently. I’ve been spreading my wings in to other ships and I stumbled across my first SS/HG Desert Rain by Summer2222 (highly recommend it all my time haven’t read anything similar) I have no clue where to go from here lol I was wondering if anyone would be willing to recommend any alternate universe fics they liked with a non typical wizarding world? 🤷🏻‍♀️ honestly it doesn’t have to be an alternate universe fic. I just wouldn’t mind to continue scratching the itch Desert Rain created! Someone just point me in a good direction lol what fics/ authors do you love ?

Hello hello I had my first toe dip in to another ship 🫣 Hermonie/ Lucius and I fell in LOVE with author ABitofWit. I couldn’t stop reading until I finished all of her works on Ao3! While reading her Lucius though I kept thinking about how I haven’t truly read a Darco who was not only smooth and casual about manipulating the govt/ situations/ people to get what he wants (with some failures along the way) but mature with a harden edge/ depth. A true enemies to lovers where Draco is morally grey/dark but in the name of team Malfoy. A true schemer, power hungry man, but not a tactless killer,a puppet master from the back ground! A judgmental bitch with social etiquette… If anyone is picking up what I’m trying to put down here would love some recs !

Something I love about Greenflowerpot’s works is how she takes dark themes and makes them feel so cute. Themes like stalker Draco, taking advantage of a memory lost Hermione, extremely controlling Dom partner and makes me hold my breath and kick my feet. I was wondering if you guys have any fics that give the same feeling of lightness while the main plot/character points revolve around other wise heavy, dark, psycho behavior/ themes. Thank you !
