Orange and white squares
Does anyone else's board have orange and beige squares today? I hate it! Is there a setting I can change to set the squares to all beige?

Seems like this is an ongoing issue with the UK ETA app. Applied today and the screen went into circle mode after using Google Pay. Any advice on how to get the ETA UK app to accept payment? Thanks!
Can anyone give me guidance for booking a seat for a toddler on an iryo train? The reservation system won't accept her birthday (date range invalid). Are toddlers considered lap children up to a certain age? Thanks!
For an upcoming trip I need to travel from York to Manchester airport. Recommendations on train vs bus? If train is Transpennine or northern better? Or is Flixbus a better choice. Three adults plus infant will be traveling with luggage. Thanks!
Need travel advice from the community. We'll be attending a wedding in York in September. After that we're traveling to Madrid.
Would it be best to take a train to London and fly from London to Madrid?
Or take a train to Manchester and fly from Manchester to Madrid?
Let me know your thoughts! Thanks!
Recently I sat through a timeshare presentation for one of the major hotel chains. Timeshare details:
-Points only system, deeded to a home resort (popular beach in US) but no fixed weeks assigned
-Points also allocated to RCI and II
-Annual maintenance $1300 allegedly rebated back via bonus hotel stay certificate
-initial points buy 100k points, renewed annually, with 300k bonus points in year 1 (so 400k points year 1, 100k each year thereafter)
-Buy in $22k
Thoughts on this type of timeshare offer? Has anyone pulled the trigger on something similar and what has been your experience?
I shopped at Marshall's today and bought a bunch of $2, $3, $4 clearance items. The only item over $20 in my cart was a pair of shoes. Everything else home and beauty. When everything totaled up the total was way higher than I expected. After paying, I looked at the receipt and the first 4 items on the receipt were not items that I purchased (they were clothing and haircare items). They did not exist in my shopping cart. Total phantom items.
So naturally the cashier had to hand verify every item in my bag (20+ items 😬) against the receipt and credit me for the phantoms. Does anyone have insight into how the four phantom items ended up on my receipt?

I just landed at MSY (midnight 4/29) and the cost of an Uber to my hotel on Magazine St is $138!!!. The taxi line stretches from the taxi booth past door 11! Will taxi be cheaper than Uber this late at night? Thanks!
