Does this look like ring worm or just normal eczema?

I have had this gross itchy ring on my left hand for about 2-3 months now. I was just moisturizing it like normal because i thought it was just normal eczema. Now we are here and i was thinking it could be ring worm. I just bought some Lamisil today off Amazon and am going to try that. Will it make it worse if it’s just normal eczema?

Does this look like ring worm?

I have had this gross ring on my left hand for over 2 months now. I have been moisturizing it every day because i thought it was just summer eczema but now im skeptical. I messaged my doctor and was told to mix Hydrocortisone and Lamisil together and put it on twice daily. No idea if that will work but i will give it a try.
