Accidentally got the powder instead of pill. Any recommendations on how much to mix with orange juice?

I haven’t used the powder before as I usually get the pills. How much should I use? I take four pills a day. Also any recommendations on what to mix it with? I like the orange juice but just water is gross.

Had allergic reaction to unknown substance dr blamed kratom

I had an allergic reaction to something after eating Wendy’s and had to go to er. They gave me epi twice and sent me home. Next day I was flush and red and mouth tingling so I went back and they observed me over night. I mentioned I take kratom and the nurse practitioner thought this second time was withdrawals since it had been 24 hours since I took kratom and not an allergic reaction. Other doctor thought second reaction was just anxiety over what had happened and gave me meds for it. I only take 6 pills a day for a year and have stopped for weeks in between and never had a reaction. But she was so sure she had a addiction guy come and talk to me saying I needed to quit and it’ll kill me and prob was the reason for my 1st visit and gave me all this paper work. Then I went to my gp and she thinks it was the new metal straw I used was cross contaminated with latex which I am allergic too. Anyways, I see an allergist in a few days. I am stopping kratom for now but I don’t think it was withdrawal.

Allergic reaction last night

Last night after I ate Wendy’s hamburger and drank a chocolate frosty with a new metal straw I just bought my lips went numb. Started to swell and I called 911. It was getting hard to swallow and they gave me epi twice. I felt better after a few hours. Although mouths still real dry and lip still feels weird. The er doctor didn’t seem to know what caused it. She acted a bit like maybe I over reacted. But they did prescribe me a epi pen. But now I’m afraid to eat and drink anything or take any of my meds. I hadn’t had anything new, everything I’ve eaten many times.
