Palm Help

Can someone please tell me what happened to my parlor palm? It has been on the porch for 3 days, no temperature under 55. No direct sun. I am at a loss. What can I do now? Cut stems to soil level? Give up? Could something have been poured on it? I am so upset. TIA

Moving sale
