Since being in Peri, likely going into year 3 or 4 now, and I never know what my guts will do each day. One day it's constipation, the next day, normal. Another day will be what I call 'fast and furious.' For the record, I've had a colonoscopy done because of a close relative having colon cancer.

Anyone have any tips to help? Other than eat more fiber.
