My business has downsized and is in the process of being sold. I tried to go online and disconnect the unused lines, but was prevented from doing so because I'm a "Valuable Customer" and have "Offers Available". The only way I can get past this block is by calling Verizon business, as asking their chat "Couldn't process my request". I was on the phone over 30 minutes to get this done., and that was with skipping over the offers as the gentleman I was speaking with realized that won't do any good in my case.

I normally am not the type of person to complain, but this is predatory behavior and should be illegal if it isn't already. Do better Verizon.
