Autosave-scumming

I'm not intending to resort to a full on savescumming until I get one major victory under my belt, but there are times where I'd like to rewind a few seconds to reread certain events that I unceremoniously closed/resolved. Is there a way I can close the game to circumvent the autosave? Alt-F4 or end tasking doesn't seem to work and I don't want to manually load backups everytime I decide to undo.

Program uninstaller wiped an entire directory

Was trying to update HWinfo today, and I would usually grab the portable file off the site but through a mirror link I downloaded an installer instead and ran it before thinking. I didn't like the idea of it creating potential bloat elsewhere and minor registry clutter, so instead of deleting the newest files I used the associated uninstall exe, which promptly wiped all my folders in that particular directory.

My heart sank, because I thought uninstall exes are designed to only clean up files that the installer produced, not indiscriminately wipe the directory clean.

Those folders belonged to a collection of PC health maintenance programs I've built up over the years, maybe some modding patches. Nothing vital, probably, but it's still a shitty feeling to lose a list of reminders of PC issues you've worked on in the past. Only HWinfo itself and ISLC was left standing since they were running at the time of the uninstall.

I doubt there's any way to rollback or at least see the past list of folders, but outside of making sure to create new folders for installers next time, I was wondering if I had any misconceptions and mistakes in my workflow made here? Is it wrong for me to assume the behaviors of the uninstall exe and is it not usually the best way to clean up a specific program?

Question about Necro-Kymon's affiliation

I've heard of how it's possible to rugpull the Kymon's Chosen into accepting you as a Necromancer, but does it give any fun advantages outside of the flavor dialogue? Is it an actual recommended strategy to at least dip into their questlines for Normal mode run?

For what it's worth I'm considering building a Cabalist.
