Hiking the Maryland section of the Appalachian Trail plus the C&O canal towpath into Washington D.C.

Started at Pen Mar (Pennsylvania/Maryland border) and hiked South to Harpers Ferry WV where I took the C&O canal towpath into Georgetown D.C. Just under 100 miles. Super fun hike! I think most people neglect the C&O for hiking since it’s mostly bike packers but it’s super fun and you go right through some small towns where you can easily hop off and have a nice meal plus it’s nice and flat 🤣

Hiking in the San Jacinto Wilderness @ Tahquitz Peak

Woke up at 2:30am and couldn’t get back to sleep so I packed up and drove 2 hours to Idyllwild and had breakfast at 8800 feet! 🙏

My first time trying coffee from Yemen! 🇾🇪

Has anyone tried Yemen 🇾🇪 coffee? ☕️
Any tips appreciated otherwise I’ll go with my standard V60 recipe which has served me well!!
It was roasted on May 3 so I’ll probably let it rest for at least 4 weeks
