Woke up at 2:30am and couldn’t get back to sleep so I packed up and drove 2 hours to Idyllwild and had breakfast at 8800 feet! 🙏

Has anyone tried Yemen 🇾🇪 coffee? ☕️
Any tips appreciated otherwise I’ll go with my standard V60 recipe which has served me well!!
It was roasted on May 3 so I’ll probably let it rest for at least 4 weeks
