Go Lala.

Just want to say how much I respect her for standing up for Nia. I so identify with her. In that moment, I would feel two things: uncomfortable to be inserting myself in someone else’s marriage, which it is, BUT — more uncomfortable to not. If I’m seeing abuse happen, no question about it — I’m stepping in. Social faux pas cease to matter at the point where I witness that line being crossed. Lala has a backbone. Not everyone does — diplomacy often reigns supreme in moments where it should take a backseat to doing what’s right, and I appreciate her for having that strength of character. Bravo.

I need an instructor who understands that every time they tell me to “gently place” my hand or foot somewhere, a Malinois has beaten me to it and is aggressively taking the class with me
