Anyone have experience how is working now in Russia, generally Sverdlovska oblast. 5 months ago when I was there I could not connect and use vpn, also Proton and Psihpon, only Amnezia managed to connect and I could use WhatsApp and Telegram, Signal during my stay. Forgot to mention I was using all of them free, not payed versions.
