Ciao a tutti,

Mi hanno posato un spc nei pavimenti delle camere e credo che il falegname abbia tagliato troppo le porte.

Ci saranno almeno 3-4mm da terra e non insonorizzano più niente, si sentono distintamente i rumori dall'esterno della stanza.

C'è un modo per rimediare? Una qualche guarnizione, o che ne so?

Aggiungo che non posso agire sui cardini, nel senso che non ci sono rondelle o simili a creare spessore ed alzare le porte, sono già il più in basso possibile.

It didn’t used to do that. I did't touch anything and it looks like there is no dedicated setting in the Android App.

Ciao a tutti, alloggio a Catania due notti in zona piazza / fermata metro Stesicoro. Ho macchina MG ZS nuova presa a noleggio (assicurata su tutto). Ci sono un paio di garage custoditi ma i prezzi sono da usura (30€ per una notte), e io ho un contrassegno per cui non pago i parcheggi blu.

Quelli dell'hotel e anche alcuni residenti hanno fatto un discreto terrorismo sul lasciare la macchina parcheggiata per strada di notte, dicendo che il rischio di trovarla danneggiata o addirittura smontata è reale. Confermate? Eventualmente quale zona consigliate?

Hello everyone, I'm about to set up my first real home network and I'm need of a Mini PC to run my very first home server. As you will understand reading this post I'm a complete novice and I'm not sure what would be overkill and what wouldn't be enough. I'm looking for hardware that won't be a bottleneck in the next years, but still I don't want to throw away money (especially for power consumption) for something that I don't need.

I want to run proxmox with multiple VM/containers (Jellyfin, Nextcloud, Paperless, Immich, Nginx, Home Assistant, PiHole/Adguard and others). I have 2,5/1Gb internet, and I will soon add a NAS.

I put my eyes on the GMKtec NucBox M3 (32gb Ram/1TB nvme/ Intel i5 12450H) for around 549$.

Is this futureproof enough and a reasonable "power" to be running everything? Or would 16GB + 512gb + a "dumber" cpu would be enough and I should save $200 + power consumption? Would a N150 be enough? Any other brands I should consider? Is it true that in order to run Jellyfin without too much headache I should avoid AMD cpus and stick to Intel?

500/550 $ is the max I'm willing to spend and I don't want to consider second hand / refurbished stuff, I'd rather buy new.
