His hair is a little frizzy to the touch

I'm unsure if these are boo boos. But I am listing him for a lower price due to them.

I paid a bit over 1k for him.

He is really cute! And I absolutely love his little spit bubbles. But I also need to downsize my collection.

As a prototype, he does not have a numbered COA. Unfortunately he did not come with an artist certificate either. He has pretty recognizable features.
