Ive had small bumps on my forehead for a very long time and i thought it was normal. Then i found out about fungal acne and saw the similarity with my forehead.
Claude recommended i try nirozal (ketocozanol 2%) shampoo, which is an anti dandruff shampoo, on the spots i had fungal acne. And after one wash i saw significant improvement.
Anyone experience with this?
cured my 2 week long shoulder bursitis overnight
I did my first dose of bpc157 yesterday. And i made a mistake, i took 30IUs (3mg) instead of 3IUs (300mcg), because my f-ing syringe says 3 and not 30…
Well i didnt notice it, up untill this morning i woke up and my long lingering shoulder pain was gone. And then i suddenly realized that the amount of fluid i drew up in the syringe before injecting was a throbbing 3mg instead of 300mcg.
Fortunately i havent gotten any negative symptoms yet 14 hours later, i even had above average sleep.
But very interesting ‘experiment’.
Edit: the injury wasnt healed, i just didnt feel pain because of the anti inflammatory effects… after a couple hours it just came back again
