EXPO overrides RAM voltage settings

Hello, I was wondering if anyone could help me out here. I have a system with 32gb of G. Skill Trident Z Neo 5 DDR5 6000 cl 30 and I want to overclock it to 6400 but I am having stability problems because when I use EXPO as a base for my settings there is some kind of override which always sets the voltage back to the stock 1.35v which is confirmed in hwinfo and zen timings. If I disable EXPO then my voltage reads as I have set it in the BIOS instead of default 1.35. I would like to be able to use the EXPO timings with High-Efficiency mode set to Tighter timings to make things easier so that I don't have to go and input every single timing manually with the exception of primary timings.

I have tried multiple routes and settings in the BIOS to try and make this work, but to no avail. I would appreciate if anyone has the same motherboard and RAM as me, or similar, and has overcome this limitation. Your input would be greatly appreciated.

Here is the rundown on my current system:

MSI MPG X870E Carbon Wifi Mobo

9950x3d CPU w/Arctic Liquid Freezer III Pro 360 AIO

Crucial T705 2TB SSD primary

2X Samsung 970 Evo Plus 4tb SSD secondaries
