Watershed

Hehe. Last time, may tarpaulin dyan showing the proposed project. Parang reservoir ata na itsurang swimming pool naman. Ang problema, panay ang tabas pa rin nila sa lupa don. Nakakaloka laaaaang.

GrabFood Modus

We own a small food stall and first time namin to naencounter as a GrabFood Merchant.

A customer ordered. We prepared. Napickup ni rider. It was delivered.

Customer then said “Where’s my order?” and requested for a refund which was immediately granted by Grab.

NOTE: Hindi ganyan ang packaging namin. We use kraft bowl.

We tried calling the customer immediately, pero cannot be reached siya.

We called the rider, he answered naman and said walang problema sa order and this is a very common modus para makalibre yung customer. Di naman siguro isusugal ng rider yung trabaho niya for ₱120.

If the rider picked it up that way, for sure magtataka naman yan siya why magaan yan teh.

If the customer received it that way, hindi rin ba siya magtataka bakit magaan rin yan?

Swerte lang nila brownout that time and our CCTV was down so wala kaming proof and di kami maka appeal since isa sa mga pwede sana naming proof and strong evidence is yung we prepared and packed the food, and the rider picked it up without hesitation or questions.

Lesson learned sa part namin. We will close our Grab store na lang if brownout at down ang CCTV kasi wala kaming laban sa ganitong situation.

Thankful pa rin kasi ₱120 lang yung amount. Sana hindi na maulit ’to. Kawawa naman ang merchant.
