Can you have a positive outlook on chronic migraine?

I have a cousin who I consider a sister who has had chronic migraine for about 2 years, she tried several treatments and went to more than 30 doctors but does not seem to be an easy or conventional treatment. Today she will make a more intensive nerve block, but I am still afraid because she is not her first, I try to maintain positivity in front of her but I am worried. Sometimes it seems that there is no solution and I would like to know if it is normal or if it still has prospects of improvement despite the pain.

Monitor says "no signal" even after connecting HDM

I have already tested other cables and another machine but the monitor still does not connect, when I change the HDMI input of the monitor and take the hang cable from it and then put it back on it temporarily connects with my notebook but does not give image and then disconnects.

My monitor no longer recognizes the HDMI input.

My lg monitor worked quietly with my notebook until when I disconnected and connected again to clean the area it stopped recognizing the HDMI input. I have already tested three cables that I had here at home in the two entrances of the monitor and even bought a new one and nothing, used my brother's notebook and also did not get any results. He even calls when I connect to the notebooks but says that it is without a signal.
