Lately I have been running my slow runs with runningmusic that have the same bpm as my cadence. I use 160 bpm on my slow runs and what i discovered after a few runs is that my running gets more and more efficient. By keeping the cadence consistent I now run faster, but my heart rate is the same. I also do not drift off on pace witch I did before when my mind started wandering.

The same also works for intervals off course, but that is no surprise i guess.

Atm I listen to music by BPM Running Lab on spotify because all the songs are actually in the bpm they promise. They have a pretty good Phonk playlist.

I am struggling to decide between 38 and 40 cm width on the Roval Rapide cockpit. 40cm is the safe choice, but feeling intrigued by 38cm. I am 189, shoulder width 40cm.

I am worried that the sprint might feel cramped and also while climbing.

Anyone similar sized with experience?

The specialized tarmac sl8 comp has 105 di2, no wheels and roval rapide cockpit. (I am planing to buy wheels second hand) total price 5800 EUR with second hand wheels (roval cl II or similar). 5000 Eur with no wheels.

What would you choose. Merida in XL is pretty close to spesh 58 in size.
