70c idle for SSD controller vs 60s C while gaming

My CPU and GPU temps as well as my SSD temps are fine but my SSD Controller temp is at 70c while idle but it goes down to the 60s during gaming. That's because during gaming my fan starts spinning which causes the temp of my SSD controller to go down too.

With that info, should I always have my GPU fan on instead of sticking to the default cause by default my 5070ti PNY has 0 RPM when I'm below a certain amount aka idle and light gaming and the fan will only spin during demanding games.

It's either I keep it at default and let my SSD controller just stick with 70c on default or I change my fan curve to always have my fan speed up even while idling so that my SSD Controller isn't at 70c.

If I do enable my GPU fan always being on, how will this effect the wear and tear with the fans constantly moving? Cause I plan to have this PC for a long long time close to a decade if possible so the longeitivity is very important for me.

Which one usually have a bigger impact on the battlefield when unleashed? Greater Daemon, Avatar of Khaine, or a C'tan Shard?

I know these would always have a big impact on the battlefield when unleashed even changing a losing outcome and causing the battle to shift entirely. But which one of them usually have the most impact on average?

I know there are C'tan Shards out there like the Moulder of Worlds in World Engine, Deceiver Shard in Infinite and the Divine, and the >!Void Dragon Shard in Rogue Trader!< that can outright destroy multiple moons at once, fly out of the galaxy, delete everything in a solar system, and even cast interdimensional barriers to block out hundreds of planets in a sector size region of space. But I'm not counting those Shards cause the Necron would never ever use those kind of Shards even in desperate times. So just counting the usual Shards that the Necron Overlord does unleash in big battles. Which usually cause the biggest impact between the usual Shards, Greater Daemons, and Avatar of Khaine during big battles in the lore?

What would be more dangerous to the galaxy/factions if Tyranids gets 10x the amount and all Orks becomes Krork

If both of these things happens out of nowhere at the moment. Which one would cause more trouble for the galaxy and the rest of the factions? The Tyranids suddenly having 10 times the numbers of Tyranids that's already in the galaxy or all Orks suddenly becoming Krorks?

5070ti

9800x3d

32gb ram

360mm AIO

850 PSU

My specs should be well beyond this game as it's high above the recommended settings and I'm on 1440p.

Temps on both GPU and CPU are great, 60s on the GPU and 50s on the CPU so it's not a overheating issue.

The campaign missions until locking the Inferno op mission was fine. But the Inferno op mission is causing my PC to shut off everytime with only the ram fgb lights still on and sometimes I'll need to wait a few minutes before I can even turn the PC back on.

I tried both stock settings and undervolt and the same thing happen.

At first I thought it was a nexus mod I downloaded cause that one adds extra spawn to op missions but I deleted that mod and started a new game and played up to the part where you unlocked the inferno mission aka first op mission and the same thing still happens. Can basically never finish the inferno mission as it'll always cause my pc to shut down after a few minutes or 10 minutes into the game.

It does not happen for the story missions before unlocking the op mission so it only happens in Inferno.

I'm not sure if it happens in future story missions and other op missions as I haven't tried those cause I'm trying to get pass Inferno.

It's also strange cause there's way more stuff happening in the story mode on screen before unlocking the Inferno op yet none of those story mission cause my PC to shut down besides Inferno.

Does anyone ever had a similar issue or might know what the issue is? I really really hope it's not a PSU issue and I don't think it is either because why would the Inferno op mission be causing it when there's way more stuff happening on screen in the story missions before unlocking inferno.

Bought a nice 1900 dollars PC from Microcenter last year, the powerspec 758

  • AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D (4.7GHz) Processor
  • MSI Pro B850-VC WiFi Motherboard
  • 32GB DDR5-6000 RAM
  • NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti Graphics Card
  • 2TB NVMe SSD
  • 5GbE LAN, WiFi 7 (802.11be), Bluetooth 5.3
  • 360mm AIO
  • 850 PSU
  • Windows 11 Home

Right away I undervolt both my GPU and CPU.

For the CPU, I undervolt it with a curve all core -15

And for the GPU I used MSI afterburner and undervolt it to clock mhz mem +1500, power, power limit to 110, and the curve optimizer to 2800 mhz and 925 voltage.

Everything seems fine except for my PC shutting down randomly while gaming with certain games sometimes like FFVII Rebirth happening twice in my 90 hours for it. And now it happened for the third time with Space Marine 2 on a op mission.

For the experts out there, would any of the undervolt features I did above be causing this?

Would MSI afterburner with the rivatuner also be the cause of this? Cause I notice the three times it crashed, I did have the MSI afterburner with rivatuner monitoring my games fps, temp, and memory.

The Invader Alien race from Metal Slug 6 deserves another game hopefully in Metal Slug 8 cause this is a threat so powerful that it require the heroes, the rebel army, and the mars alien to band together in order to defeat. Always felt 6 was too short for such a great and powerful threat. I'm hoping they'll return in a big epic game where they'll launch a bigger invasion and one that's as huge as Metal Slug 3.

Maybe we'll take the fight to their homeworld or their mothership or something.
