Just got a pro and I am getting horrible pulls. I had a bambino and ESP before but the bambino broke

Using some old beans to learn how to use this machine and it is pulling terrible shots no crema at all. Same beans in the bambino a few days ago before it broke were pulling decent shots with good crema

I follow the suggested grind and it keeps flip flopping between 8 and 4 as recommended grind size but then it just chokes and extracts extremely slow

I ported my numbers out 2 days into my billing cycle and now my account is showing inactive but I still seem to owe the full monthly balance. Do they not prorate for the unused service? If so is there any way to get them to fix that?

I stopped at an in n out while on the road and by the time I got to eat I noticed my order was completely wrong. I took a picture of it with my receipt but I won't be driving by that in n out again for a while so would customer service give me a refund? Or do I have to physically go back to the same location to complain?
