taco bell is setting me up

So I work at a Taco Bell in NJ which is owned by the summerwood corporation. My mom has stage 3 cancer in her stomach and I was 40 mins late one day because my mom fell and I had to help her up and get her taken care of first then I went to work. They flipped on me for not calling, well I'm sorry that my mom's health completely turned my mind off from calling first...then I get to work for a 9 hour shift and they tell me I can't have a break so I have to work the 9 hours nonstop. The next day I come in and they are trying to frame me for taking $5 out of a drawer. I have never stolen from a job in the 20 years I've been working. I did however get a $4 tip from a customer and if that's what they are trying to get rid of me for that is complete BS. I was told I was hired to be a manager with a higher pay which is the only reason I left my manager position at Burger King and now they are just making stuff up to get rid of me. They're making excuses as to why I'm not a manager yet saying I have to go to some training seminar and I have more management experience than any of their other employees. I am wondering if I need to get a lawyer because if they fire me they are literally damaging my well being because I'm trying to pay off a storage unit my abusive ex had. He moved his stuff out and forced me into a contract that he gets to move my son to Michigan. Now I am responsible for a unit he hasn't been paying for and now I owe them $500 or they are putting my entire life on auction. Including a beautiful desk my grandfather handcrafted for me. My 24 year old GM has no idea how to run a store and he's completely heartless to my situation. To top it off my current partner has a drug problem and I'm missing money due to him as well. My doctor put me on strong anti anxiety meds and the first day I went to work on them I starting nodding off because they are too strong so now I don't take them before work. I feel targeted by my manager for things that are not my fault and I seriously need advice.

Something strange happens to me

I will tell you I'm not extremely religious. I know God is real and Mary and Jesus and I'm not going into why I know this for fact because I'm not ready for all of that but..something happens to me all the time ever since I was a kid.

Crosses pop up no matter where I am. It could be as simple as two sticks that I happen to look down and they are in the shape of a cross. I've had dirt on parking lots that form the shape of a cross. Basically something is trying to let me know that I'm watched and protected. I've been in multiple car accidents where the cops look at me and look at the car and do it multiple times and literally ask me how I'm completely uninjured and my car is totaled.

I don't know why this happens to me, I'm open to explanations. It happens almost daily.Ill take pictures and not even realize there is a cross in it. Anyone have some sort of reason this happens?

I'm in New Jersey and I think I have seen this here before but is it something to forage? I was out trying to hunt for Morels and came across a bunch of this on my land. We have a few acres with woods going out to the marshes and this is all over an area in my woods.

I'm in New Jersey and these are all over my yard. I think I have seen these here or in the foraging sub. What are they?
